Quiet Solstice At Quail Hill

Mr Bear had been fighting (and as I write, is still fighting) a nasty cough that has been keeping him from sleeping through the night.

So this year's celebration was a quiet one without any guests to share the wreath making










 
or tying wishstrips to the MidsummerStang..

 And yet, despite all this,  I Opened the Door to Summer and Welcomed Her In.
